What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that result in part failure during normal use. Specifically:

Mechanical failure: If a warranted part stops functioning due to internal defects — a bearing failure, seal leak, electrical short, or similar issue — it's covered.

Fitment guarantee: If a part doesn't fit your vehicle despite matching interchange data and verified compatibility, we'll replace it or refund your money.

Condition mismatch: If the part arrives in materially different condition than described in your order listing, it's covered for replacement or refund.

What's Not Covered

Wear and tear: Normal wear items such as brake pads, rotors, belts, hoses, and filters are not covered beyond initial defect inspection.

Improper installation: Damage caused by incorrect installation, including cross-threaded bolts, improper wiring, or failure to follow manufacturer specifications.

Misuse or abuse: Parts damaged by racing, off-road use beyond design specifications, overloading, or modification.

Consequential damages: Labor costs, towing, rental cars, or other expenses resulting from part failure are not covered.

Environmental damage: Parts damaged by flooding, fire, collision, or other external events after delivery.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Contact us at [email protected] or call 1-800-555-0199. Have your order number and a description of the issue ready.

Step 2: Our warranty team will review your claim. We may ask for photos or a mechanic's diagnosis to verify the issue. Most claims are reviewed within 1 business day.

Step 3: If approved, we'll ship a replacement part at no charge. If a replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund of the part cost.

Step 4: We'll provide a prepaid return label for the defective part. You have 30 days to return it after receiving your replacement.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid from the date of delivery and applies to the original purchaser only (non-transferable). Parts must be installed by a qualified mechanic or certified technician. Proof of proper installation may be required for warranty claims on engines, transmissions, and other major components.

The warranty is void if the part has been modified, altered, or used in a vehicle other than the one specified in the original order.
