30-Day Returns

Return any part within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Free Exchanges

Wrong part? We'll send the correct one at no extra shipping cost.

Return Eligibility

You may return a part within 30 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

Eligible for return: The part does not match the description or condition grade listed in your order. The part does not fit your vehicle despite matching interchange data. The part arrived damaged during shipping. The part has a defect not disclosed at the time of sale.

Not eligible for return: Parts that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use beyond inspection. Electrical parts that have been connected or tested (unless defective). Parts returned after 30 days from delivery. Parts damaged due to improper installation or customer negligence.

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Contact us at [email protected] or call 1-800-555-0199 within 30 days of delivery. Have your order number ready.

Step 2: Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1 business day.

Step 3: Ship the part back using the prepaid shipping label we provide (for qualifying returns). Pack the part securely in its original packaging if possible.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned part, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Details

Full refund: If the part was misdescribed, didn't fit, or arrived damaged, you'll receive a full refund including original shipping costs.

Part cost refund: If you're returning a part for a reason other than our error (e.g., you no longer need it), you'll receive a refund of the part cost minus original shipping. Return shipping is at your expense.

Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days. PayPal refunds are processed within 1-3 business days.

Damaged in Shipping

If your part arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and damage before unpacking. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will file a shipping insurance claim and send a replacement or full refund at your choice — at no cost to you.
