Delivery times depend on the shipping yard's location relative to your destination and the shipping method selected:
Standard Ground (3-7 business days): Free on orders over $200. Calculated at checkout for smaller orders. Shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground depending on part size and weight.
Expedited (2-3 business days): Available for most parts. Additional cost calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx Express Saver.
Overnight (1 business day): Available for select parts under 70 lbs. Premium pricing. Shipped via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority Overnight. Order must be placed before 12:00 PM EST.
Freight / LTL (5-10 business days): Required for engines, transmissions, and other heavy parts over 150 lbs. Shipped on pallets via freight carriers. Residential delivery includes liftgate service.
Shipping costs are determined by part weight, dimensions, origin yard location, and your delivery address. You'll see exact shipping costs during checkout before completing your purchase. Here are general guidelines:
Small parts (alternators, starters, pumps): $15 - $35 standard ground
Medium parts (doors, hoods, fenders): $45 - $95 standard ground
Large parts (engines, transmissions): $125 - $275 freight shipping
Orders over $200 qualify for free standard ground shipping within the contiguous 48 states.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also check order status by contacting us with your order number. Most parts ship within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.
All parts are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Engines and transmissions are drained of fluids, mounted on pallets, and wrapped in protective material. Body panels are padded and boxed. Fragile items like headlights receive extra cushioning.
Contiguous US (48 states): Full service, all shipping options available.
Alaska & Hawaii: Available for most parts. Additional surcharges may apply. Freight shipping not available.
US Territories: Limited availability. Contact us for a custom shipping quote.
International: We do not currently ship outside the United States.
